Leamington-guide Privacy Policy

1. Any personal details you provide by contributors to this site will not be passed on or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
2. The full name of a contributor will appear on the site as the author of any messages they post to the site. If a contributor wishes to remain anonymous, they should enter a nickname into the registration form.
3. Any personal information which included in your posts will appear on the site as you type it
4. Email address will not be published on the site by us, in order to prevent our users receiving email spam. A site email facility is provided which will allow other registered users of the site to email you (providing the email address you have given is valid). In some sections of the site (e.g. for a submission to the accommodation or noticeboard pages where the poster needs people to get in touch) this email facility may be extended to non-registered users of the site, once again the email addresses will not be published.
5. If a user wishes to be removed from the site email facility, they can contact us at comments@leamington-guide.com.
6. The owners of the site have no responsibility for emails sent through the online email facility, or subsequent emails between users. It is merely intended as a way to prevent your email address from being made public. If a user feels that the facility is being abused in any way please contact us at comments@leamington-guide.com immediately, and we do our upmost to resolve the problem.
7. If a contribuor includes personal biographical information (e.g. age, location, interests) this this will be posted on the contributors page. If there is no biographical information, there will be no entry on the contributors page
8. We will endeavour to correct any errors or update information promptly if notified by contributers.
9. The editor of the site will remove any notices from the site which are deemed to be offensive.
