I think Radford Semele deserves a mention in this web site purely for the fact that it is one of the major throughfares to and from Leamington Spa, unfortunately the Toll Gate is no longer there and as for the Roman Villa thats long gone, but still can be seen from the Air.

Radford Semele is a small village consisting of a post office and one other local shop and of course the Legendary White Lion public house which overlooks the church and rolling fields out towards Cubbington.

So next time your driving from Leamington Spa and whizz through Radford Semele to your little Ufton on the Hill with its White Hart pub, spare a moment or two to enjoy my village.

Can someone please tell me exactly where the roman villa was situated in Radford Semele?
