I've been trying to find a house of Young Professionals in a good location in Leamington, but have so far been struggling.

The houses available seem to be either expensive for single rooms, or substandard. I think that the larger houses tend to be better value and quality. Hence I am looking for other "young professionals" (ie recently finished degree, 20's etc) to put together a cracking house, with a good location and interior for a fair (cheaper) price.

This is the deal:
If you send me your breakdown, ie what you do, where you want to live, who you'd prefer to live with, any requirement/habits etc. Then I will look around the houses in Leam, and if we find a nice house which needs a person to fill it up I'll send you a short video of it with details and figures so you can get a good idea before getting out of your chair/meeting us.

We are a married couple living abroad, both college lecturers in teaching English as a second language. We are getting our Ph.D.s at University of Warwick and need accommodations for 6 months beginning mid-July '06 in a quiet environment in order to work on our theses. Professional couple looking for 2 bedroom flat/house, long term rental beginning Fall of 2006.

Having finally finished decorating my flat, the spare room is ready for someone to move in. The flat is on Guy’s Cliffe Ave which is ten-fifteen minutes north of Leamington Town Centre (off the rugby Road, near the Coventry arms and Leamington Tennis club). The room its self is reasonable large – I have a double bed in there at the moment and it does not look cramped – and is semi-furnished. It has all the mod-cons you might expect - calbe T.V etc. There is some off street parking (first come, first served), and the street is wide and quiet so parking is not a problem. I’m a 28 year professional, in need of some more money – hence me trying to rent out the room! The rent is 275 per month.
