The traffic to the site has continued to grow steadily over the last few months. The front page now gets around 600 hits a week, sometimes as many as 700. This has been a fairly steady increase from around 80 hits a week when we started out around 4 years ago.

Other Leamington Spa websites have come and, in some cases gone. Most of the remaining we link to from our front page. The official council site has always seemed disappointing in what it offers. The local newspapers do good sites. One site we especially like (and which complements ours) is Leamington Life. There have been attempts to provide internet sites for Leamington with information on local businesses and services, but these appear to have closed down.

Our site is, and always has been, non-profit making (though we wouldn't say no to getting enough advertising to cover our costs). It is run by Iain and Carol Roberts. When we started out we lived in Leamington but in September 2000 we moved to Holland. The site has continued to grow and attract more visitors and we get enough submission to the site to keep it up-to-date despite our absence.
